What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an EHR Subject Matter Expert to resolve complex issues affecting multiple practices
- Develop and implement training for clinical and non-clinical end users during EHR implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and support EHR deployment
- Provide day-to-day EHR support and facilitate process documentation for the Ambulatory EHR team
- Mentor and coach Division EHR Managers and Analysts to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in information systems training, implementation, and/or project management
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Jira or similar Agile/Kanban software preferred
- In-depth knowledge of EHR systems, including eClinical Works, Experity, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing EHR systems in a physician practice
- PMP certification preferred
- Related experience in clinical and revenue cycle implementation with organizational or project leadership experience
- Ability to demonstrate effective instructional skills
