EHR Implementation Consulting Manager
An EHR Implementation Consulting Manager has 10+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience that includes applying healthcare technologies to two or more healthcare business functions.
A Consulting Manager also has a demonstrated ability to strategically translate a clients business and technology requirements into business-driven technology transformation solutions. In addition, an EHR Implementation Manager must have 5+ years of EHR implementation experience with a leading EHR product that includes building and maintaining project plans, building and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices, managing application development and implementation teams in a hybrid Agile / Waterfall environment.
We are migrating from Allscripts and CredibleEHR to blueEHR. You wont find anyone with blueEHR PM experience. Therefore, experience with Allscripts, CredibleEHR, eClinicalWorks, Cerner or Epic are the EHR's that we are most interested
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements business and technology solutions that meet a client's business strategy and requirements, as well as the client's technology strategy and requirements.
Builds project plans and leads 7-10 consultants in the delivery of medium and large projects of medium and large complexity with responsibility for staffing, delivery methods, quality and project profitability.
May also manage one or more work streams in larger projects.
Determines how best to use resources to meet project schedules and objectives.
Manages and maintains track of overall project progress and provides updates to project stakeholders.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
10+ years of consulting or client-focused experience with 3+ years focused on healthcare and 3+ years managing people and projects.
Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to think strategically Non silo-ed, out of the box thinking to ensure we push the envelope on value based innovative solutions.
Strong listener that can talk intelligently to clients about their business and technology requirements and translate those requirements into business and technology solutions.
Able to articulate technical solutions to both a technical and non-technical audience including the business value, approach, deliverables and expected outcomes.
Confident with clear verbal and written skills able to articulate with confidence the Client brand, solutions and capabilities that align to client requirements.
Minimum supervision.
Flexible and can do attitude
Deep experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills.
Bachelors degree is required, with technical degrees strongly preferred.
Advanced technical or business degree preferred. PMP strongly preferred.
