What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the integration of EHR systems with clinical, administrative, and financial systems within the organization
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to design, test, and implement EHR system integrations
- Ensure accurate data flow and compliance with regulatory standards in opioid treatment programs
- Monitor and maintain data quality and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
- Manage EHR integration projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and overall goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, Healthcare IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with EHR systems in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows specific to opioid addiction treatment programs
- Proficient in using integration tools and middleware platforms to ensure EHR system interoperability
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Health Information Management (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, or similar) or Certified Healthcare IT Specialist (CHIS)
- Experience with opioid addiction treatment systems and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as agile or waterfall
- Knowledge of electronic prescribing and laboratory interface standards
