What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the integration of EHR systems with other clinical, administrative, and financial systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize system downtime
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize workflows for opioid addiction treatment
- Manage projects related to EHR system integration from inception through implementation
- Monitor data quality and compliance with healthcare regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, Healthcare IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with EHR systems in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in opioid addiction treatment programs
- Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms for EHR interoperability
- Knowledge of data security protocols and HIPAA compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Health Information Management (e.g., RHIA, RHIT) or Certified Healthcare IT Specialist (CHIS)
- Experience with opioid addiction treatment systems and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as agile or waterfall
