What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead EHR Optimization efforts for assigned practice panel
- Provide EHR expertise to practices, including identifying common approaches and developing educational materials
- Facilitate data exchange between practices and Aledade
- Assist with the development of interfaces and functionality related to Aledade's efforts
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Previous experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry
- Implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role
- Familiarity with Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Centricity, e-MDs, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks products
