What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the EHR system for opioid treatment centers
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement EHR-based workflows that align with best practices for opioid treatment programs
- Support the lifecycle of operations and clinical operations-related support tickets, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and resolution
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address cross-departmental issues and ensure EHR system alignment with organizational goals
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for clinical and operational staff on EHR system usage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, Healthcare IT, Nursing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an EHR Systems Analyst or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Experience with EHR systems in a clinical setting, particularly in addiction treatment or behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of opioid treatment center operations and medication-assisted treatment processes
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations including SAMHSA and HIPAA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Health Informatics or EHR system certification
- Experience working with specific EHR systems such as Carelogic, Medgen, Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
