What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the EKY Remote Manager in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract remote workers
- Collaborate with local organizations and employers to identify job opportunities and relocation incentives
- Coordinate relocation support services for remote workers, including housing assistance and community integration programs
- Actively participate in outreach efforts, representing the employer at community events and forums
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate outreach effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economic development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, community engagement, or economic development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and relationship-building
- Proven ability to develop and execute outreach strategies and manage multiple projects
- Must reside in one of the 54 ARC-mandated counties in Eastern Kentucky and be willing to travel frequently
