- Develop content to defined ISD standards and integrate visual design theory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Adobe Ps, Ai, Pr, Au
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360
- Knowledge of Instructional Design (Andragogy)
- Familiarity with SCORM 1.2 and xAPI standards
- Understanding of Universal Design principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Blender (3D) software
- Background in Graphic Arts/Design
