What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives
- Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting
- Analyze learner feedback and assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in eLearning development or a similar role
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
