      Position Overview

      Siemens is growing and we are excited to welcome new entry level electrical engineers to the team! We pride ourselves on creating a diverse and engaging environment for new engineers to quickly develop practical design experience working directly on customer orders.

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Analyze customer’s technical specifications regarding the application of Siemens Motor Control Center (MCC) products along with associated protection and control systems and design appropriate product solutions to meet the customers’ expectations in cost-effective and timely manner
      • Work with guidance from assigned mentor and sr. engineer to create all documents for customer approval and manufacturing of energy management equipment
      • Be a critical part of a custom designed to order business focused on unique customer requirements
      • Work with application engineering, project management, sales and customer to resolve technical issues
      • Work directly with the factory manufacturing team addressing any challenges as they produce your designs
      • Help improve our products by working collaboratively to identify design enhancements and then working to integrate them

      Job Requirements:

      • BS in Electrical Engineering (to be completed before start date)
      • No travel required, optional remote work part time
