What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, optimize, and maintain embedded systems using Linux distributions
- Collaborate with teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software solutions
- Write and maintain high-performance code in C and Rust for embedded applications
- Perform board bring-up, including debugging and testing new hardware platforms
- Document designs and implementation details for internal and external use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems development focused on Linux and networking
- Advanced proficiency in Linux systems, including Yocto and PetaLinux
- Proven expertise in programming with C and strong proficiency in Rust

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with secure boot, encryption, and security features in embedded systems
- Experience with additional programming languages like Python or Bash
- Knowledge of hardware design tools such as Altium Designer
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their integration with Linux
