      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and converting assets to achieve unit objectives
      - Implement engineering principles and scientific analysis to meet operational goals
      - Ensure compliance with safety rules and actively participate in safety initiatives
      - Lead assigned projects to meet unit objectives while adhering to corporate policies
      - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project status and needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
      - Relevant industrial co-op or internship experience is highly desirable
      - Graduates available from December 2024 to May 2025
      - Strong analytical skills to collect and assess data
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

      - Evidence of continuing self-development in the field of engineering
      - Previous experience leading small teams to achieve results
      - Familiarity with safety codes, policies, and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
      - Experience in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
