What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the preparation of designs, calculations, and construction drawings as the senior technical professional on project design teams
- Perform electrical and quantity calculations, construction cost estimates, and technical proposals
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented on all deliverables
- Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and technical staff for project accuracy and proficiency
- Develop and train junior staff in electrical engineering practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Effective visual and verbal communication skills
- Proficient understanding of inter-relationships among design/engineering disciplines, clients, and contractors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with engineering software such as SKM, Visual Lighting, and AGI32
- Working knowledge of drafting software MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Traction/Overhead Catenary/Third Rail power and/or movable bridge electrical experience
