      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical aid to field operations and personnel regarding relevant codes, processes, standards, and guidelines
      - Support or lead technical operations accountabilities such as audits, reliability support, investigations, and process improvements
      - Offer technical support during emergency response situations
      - Evaluate and rank risks along the system to prioritize project funding
      - Prepare and approve work packages for engineering modifications and assess reliability issues for effective solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer with eligibility for registration with EGBC
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience with electrical and power systems
      - In-depth knowledge of control systems, electrical transmission, high voltage systems, and natural gas power generation
      - Proven experience with large industrial power systems, including substations and associated equipment
      - Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the natural gas or energy sector
      - Familiarity with emergency response protocols in industrial settings
      - Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop solutions
      - Previous experience in a role that involved significant fieldwork
      - Ability to work effectively in extreme climate conditions
