What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide field inspections and construction quality assurance for electrical systems at multiple sites
- Manage site schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with clients and project representatives
- Conduct oversight of electrical testing and commissioning activities
- Identify and document code compliance issues and deficiencies, escalating energization blockers as necessary
- Participate in internal program syncs to ensure alignment and client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of field electrical maintenance experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for commercial projects
- Ability to identify onsite deficiencies and recommend resolutions
- Experience working with NETA qualified testing vendors and assessing test results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Adobe/Bluebeam

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems
- Knowledge of relay calibration and power metering
- Strong communication skills for conveying findings to various stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in small teams during onsite activities
- Familiarity with functional testing of relays in medium voltage infrastructure
