      IRC223116 - ELECTRICAL MAINTENACE SECTION HEAD At Eni, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Section Head within ZFOD in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations (Electrical Maintenance) in the field, maximizing asset value realization, assuring equipment performance targets, monitoring, and controlling maintenance costs and efficiency, managing service contracts and local contractors, interfering with Iraqi counterparty As a member of the maintenance team at ZFOD you will be responsible for: - Meeting assigned maintenance targets - Meeting assigned reliability and availability targets - Meeting assigned operational performance targets - Ensuring health, safety and security of all field assets and personnel - Participating into the preparation of electrical maintenance programs and strategies and in defining optimum ways and means for their implementation - Monitoring and controlling electrical maintenance costs in relation to all maintenance practices and oil and gas production - Interacting with technical committees, taskforces, and work teams in studying the highly specialist issues related to the maintenance and production facilities - Helping to define areas which are suffering electrical technical problems and to participate in initiating an action plan for them - Coordinating and approving preparation of service contracts covering all electrical essential aspects - Maximizing asset value by optimizing utilization of capital and human resources on electrical maintenance operations - Cooperate in defining proper related electrical spare part procurement policies - Cooperate in the procurement of electrical equipment substitution and modification - Managing internal relationships - Providing direction and guidance to on-site human resources practices - Liaising with local regulatory and administrative authorities - Managing interactions and relationships with local communities - Approving maintenance logistics proposals/expenditure This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: - B.Sc. Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Plant Engineering - Operations & Maintenance experience in the petroleum industry including production operations with knowledge of plant inspection, power plant experience, electrical lines HV, MV, LV, Substations, electrical distribution net lines, electrical transformers, motors, generators, workshop winding operation, electrical measurements, plant commissioning and operation in addition to oil field safety and loss prevention procedures. - Experience as supervisory role - Knowledge of English - Commissioning - Start Up: Commissioning and start-up - Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, Operations / Maintenance Advising - Maintenance Operations: Electrical Maintenance, Telecommunication Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, Troubleshooting techniques knowledge - Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance, Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/availability analysis technique knowledge, Maintenance systems and policies, knowledge - Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the electrical activity - Organization Processes: Internal Standard, Feed-back development and diffusion, technical audit and Design Review, Documentation management - Supports and technologies: ISO Standard, TQM and Quality system, technical requirement, and Standard - proving and maintaining quality standards. • Knowledge of current electrical legislation - Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality - E&P Management : Joint-Ventures : Représentatives - Economics General: Economics, OPEX Budgeting - Organization Processes: Internal Standard, Feed-back development and diffusion, Work team management methodology, Site Management, Site Materials, and equipment organization - Data management and computer literacy (e.g., MS Office) Location: Basra, Iraq Contract type: Rotation 28/28 At Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
