Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking to hire a 1st shift Maintenance Technician in Cannon Falls, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and experience with PLC troubleshooting. While programming is not necessary, additional skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems are highly valued. Candidates from the auto/diesel industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work up to 480V.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (no programming required).
• Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues with automation and robotics systems.
• Read and interpret schematic and blueprint diagrams.
• Perform welding and automotive repairs as needed.

Essential Skills

• Electrical experience up to 480V.
• PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical and electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with robotics (preferred but not required).
• PLC experience
• Mechanical inclination
• Experience in the auto/diesel industry works well for this position.
• Welding skills (willing to train).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
