      We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team in Seguin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and debugging load-boxes, fixtures, cables, and test equipment to meet product test requirements. You will also design, code, and debug software to meet parametric measurement, functional test, through-put, and quality level requirements.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, integrate, and debug load-boxes, fixtures, cables, and test equipment to meet product test requirements.
      • Design, code, and debug software to meet parametric measurement, functional test, through-put, and quality level requirements.
      • Schedule, manage, and communicate multiple project activities between multiple project team members to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time.
      • Monitor, maintain, and improve test system yield and test time performance.
      • Monitor and help improve both internal and external product quality.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
      • Programming knowledge and proficiency in C.
      • Understanding of high voltage measurement systems.
      • Understanding of both digital and analog circuits.
      • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem solving.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
