- Experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi-family or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications.
- Manage and supervise electrical projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
