Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to manage electrical projects, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team of electricians. This role involves overseeing multi-family new construction builds and commercial installations.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi-family or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
• Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
