What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for online banking inquiries and perform problem resolution
- Monitor ATM & ITM performance and communicate ongoing service issues to relevant departments
- Oversee daily balancing processes for ATMs and ITMs, addressing vendor and banking center inquiries
- Process wire transfer requests and maintain related agreements in compliance with bank policies
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations for ATM & ITM settlements and assist with card supply fulfillment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; two-year college degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience or training in banking or electronic services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of banking and compliance regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in customer service and vendor relations
- Familiarity with electronic banking systems and processes
