What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement, enhance, and support Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including training and documentation
- Analyze and document current and proposed workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Conduct testing and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure system functionality
- Provide remote and on-site support for end-users and assist with system upgrades and patches
- Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions in virtual or in-person settings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in EHR systems or related fields
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Strong understanding of application installation, delivery, and peripheral integration
- Experience in a Windows server environment, including Active Directory security and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with third-party application delivery products and basic command line interface usage

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Vendor-specific Electronic Health Record training or certification
- Experience with scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell or Python
- Knowledge of cloud environments and client/server applications
- Familiarity with Windows desktop peripherals including printers and scanners
