What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee tasks related to EHR system implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support
- Produce documentation including workflows, gap analysis, needs assessments, and project plans
- Coordinate testing efforts, including scenario-based and integrated testing
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
- Provide remote and on-site support to end-users as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or related fields
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of EHR systems and their integration points with other healthcare applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Orders experience
- Experience with project management in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with information security best practices
- Ability to facilitate effective communication among diverse teams
- Previous experience in training and mentoring others
