What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and facilitate IHS domain groups, providing administrative support for group functions
- Coordinate and document domain and cross-domain team meetings
- Provide knowledge management support by maintaining domain group MS Teams/SharePoint site
- Evaluate and recommend configuration options for Oracle Health Solutions related to Blood Bank workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and business end-users to facilitate efficient decision-making processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced expertise in the Cerner Millennium Blood Bank solution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical or business role in Laboratory/Blood Bank
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems
- Completion of at least one full life-cycle Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR implementation
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related clinical/medical/business discipline
- Experience using MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Healthcare clinical and/or business functional experience
