      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather patient demographic and personal information for medical records
      - Issue medical files to authorized individuals and agencies in compliance with regulations

      - Complete clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admissions and discharges

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administrative processes
      - Proficient in information management programs and MS Office
      - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
