Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with California State Standards and Aspire Instructional Guidelines.u00A0
Assess students regularly and analyze student results; refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on assessment data and student needs.u00A0u00A0
u00A0Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices throughout the school; share best practices.u00A0u00A0
Communicate regularly with students and their families about classroom activities and student progress. u2022 Involve parents and guardians as partners in their studentsu2019 education.u00A0u00A0
Manage student behavior to ensure every student is fully engaged.u00A0u00A0
Actively participate in professional development activities, and work closely with lead teachers, principal, and instructional coaches.u00A0u00A0
