Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher (Certification: Grades PK-4) to join our team. This position is anticipated to be available at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction, fostering critical thinking, and supporting student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance student success

• Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance instruction

• Participate in professional development and district initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Elementary PK-4 Certification (Required)

• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

• Prior teaching experience preferred
