      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify insurance eligibility and benefit coverage for all scheduled patients
      - Respond to patient inquiries regarding eligibility and benefits
      - Contact patients to update insurance information as needed
      - Assist the Call Center and Front Desk with eligibility and benefit questions
      - Generate daily and weekly reports related to eligibility transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - Two years of experience in a medical office front desk role, preferably in a Call Center or insurance verification specialist capacity
      - Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and oral instructions
      - Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers and fax machines
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Experience with NextGen software and Phreesia
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff
