What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a source of knowledge for the designated revenue cycle function
- Perform analysis, identify trends, and prioritize initiatives for performance improvement
- Develop appropriate workflows and tracking for the designated revenue cycle function
- Establish working relationships with other departments impacting revenue cycle performance
- Oversee operations activity that impacts the revenue cycle for optimal reimbursement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in medical billing and insurance collections
- At least 3 years of experience with eligibility and prior authorization requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding, and health care nomenclature
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with medical billing systems and Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifier selection, and UB revenue codes
