What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solve quantitative and qualitative problems related to energy savings calculations
- Track and support recurring energy measure calculation updates
- Review reports and presentations by third-party evaluators
- Provide technical guidance regarding energy calculations and modeling
- Investigate emerging energy-efficient technologies and delivery strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Studies, or related disciplines (or one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, energy modeling, energy audit, EM&V, or similar fields
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with using Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs) and supervising the development of savings tools
- Familiarity with standard EM&V protocols and energy savings calculation methodologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of lighting, motors, HVAC systems, and building automation systems
- Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
- Understanding of Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency programs
