What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, respond to, and resolve daily deliverability and escalated email questions/requests from clients
- Analyze deliverability tools and proactively recommend strategies to reduce spam trap hits and blocking
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the employer's Email and Email Reporting Tools
- Attend relevant client meetings and provide insights based on data analysis
- Independently create documentation of processes and analyze email deliverability issues to provide solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience
- Strong technical/software-usage aptitude with hands-on experience in email/marketing automation platforms
- Solid understanding of email and marketing performance data and metrics
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of email HTML/CSS
- Strong analytics aptitude with the ability to identify problems and create actionable summaries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of email compliance needs and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analyses and content generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
