What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire email development process from gathering requirements to post-launch analysis
- Utilize HTML and CSS to create responsive and visually appealing email communications
- Conduct post-campaign analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide optimization recommendations
- Develop and execute A/B tests and strategies based on behavioral insights
- Collaborate with technology partners to troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey creation and management
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including managing Campaigns
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Data Extensions
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with direct mail integration and social media/customer service integration within Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with internet and email technologies and protocols
- Ability to share email marketing knowledge and trends with the team
