What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Emma, and TargetX
- Track and report on email and digital marketing metrics, such as open rates and CTRs
- Set up and maintain automated email workflows and nurture campaigns
- Maintain accurate segmentation and contact lists for targeted communications
- Assist with technical setup and promotion of online webinars and virtual events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of marketing automation experience required
- At least 5 years of CRM experience required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Demonstrated skill with written communications and email marketing strategies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Pardot or TargetX preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Self-starter with good communication and collaboration skills
