      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute email, push, and journey-based communications programs for various audiences and markets
      - Quality assure and proof campaigns to ensure compliance and accurate tracking
      - Develop testing and experimentation frameworks for audience segmentation and content promotion
      - Deliver reporting and insights to improve future programs and prioritize the CRM roadmap
      - Collaborate with various teams to optimize content and drive channel engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of email/push marketing experience with a focus on CRM and customer-centric strategies
      - Knowledge and passion for musical instruments and music gear
      - Deep understanding of GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL requirements and email design standards
      - Familiarity with CRMs and Customer Data Platforms
      - Strong analytical skills using user-level data for marketing attribution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with various Email Service Providers (ESPs) and managing campaigns
      - Familiarity with the Braze marketing automation platform
