      Inviting applications for the role of EMEA HR People Data Business Analyst – Manager – English – Remote Romania

      Power BI, Data analysis, MS Excel Proficient

      In this role, you will manage e2e different critical people data deliverables with impact across entire EMEA HR processes. You will be partnering with global/regional/country stakeholders (HR Admin, Recruitment, Legal, HR BP, etc.) to define and document the HR project needs for all legal entities and countries in scope.

      Act as an advocate for all HR leaders, working closely with senior leaders and IT partners to ensure project estimations, creation of cost benefits analysis, understanding of return on investment/project prioritization, and securing of funding.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage and develop different applications with the purpose of supporting the people processes & decisions (promotion, holiday planning, performance management, etc.).
      • Design various dashboards to facilitate people decisions based on local and global tools.
      • Participate as a business analyst in the Workday ERP migration: collect design requirements, perform training & testing, etc.
      • For all 24 countries in scope for EMEA.

      · Provides ongoing analyses, updates and operational governance around assigned projects.
