What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and test virtual meeting spaces for live events
- Manage technical delivery of live events, providing guidance and support
- Perform technology checks with presenters to ensure preparedness
- Provide in-class support, including welcoming learners and managing interactive activities
- Conduct after-class wrap-ups, including attendance tracking and feedback collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Up to 3 years of experience executing and managing live virtual events for corporate clients
- Proficiency in navigating virtual delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Moodle
- Thorough knowledge of the features and functionalities of various virtual delivery platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with interactive activities and engagement strategies in virtual settings
- Familiarity with additional virtual delivery platforms such as BigBlueButton
- Strong organizational skills for course structure and content management
- Ability to manage stress and perform effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
