      As an Employee Engagement HR Partner, you will develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs designed to create exceptional experiences and enhance organizational effectiveness. Your deep understanding of our business and culture will enable you to deliver tailored HR solutions that meet the unique needs of each department, ensuring that employee engagement remains at the forefront of all initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities
      In this dynamic role, you will build relationships across departments, diagnosing challenges and offering strategic solutions that align with business objectives while promoting employee engagement. You will collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, collaborating with teams to develop impactful employee engagement programs. As a subject matter expert in employee engagement, you will work closely with teams to address complex issues, from employee engagement to organizational continuity planning.

      You will also lead efforts to cultivate a thriving organizational culture, with a focus on employee engagement, by promoting monthly initiatives that strengthen employee commitment. Additionally, you will oversee engagement communications, manage newsletters, and support events that recognize and celebrate our workforce, ensuring that employee engagement is woven into every aspect of our operations.

      Minimum Qualifications
      To be considered, you should have a four-year degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with five years of recent, leadership-level experience in employee engagement. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
