      A part of the Employee Experience team, the Engagement Specialist serves as a trusted partner and culture carrier working across the People Operations function, business leaders and internal subject matter experts to design and implement global engagement programs. These programs and solutions will play a vital part in delivering the organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Program designs include, but are not limited to, employee listening and surveying, recognition, social activations, and employee milestones. This role will be responsible for ideation, coordination, and measurement of the effectiveness of these programs. Additionally, the Engagement Specialist will collaborate closely with all areas within the People Operations team to foster an inclusive workplace and drive engagement in global Employee Experience programs.


      Responsibilities:

      • Support the design of and execute programs including global listening tours, including pulse surveys, stay interviews, and focus groups, to understand employee needs and sentiment.
      • Execute and administer recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
      • Create, maintain and organize guiding documents for program reference.
      • Support the planning and implementation of engaging social activities and events that promote team building, collaboration, and cultural exchange across our global workforce.
      • Gather engagement data and metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of programs. May support data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather feedback to develop potential new initiatives.
      • Research best practices and trends in employee engagement and inclusion.

      Qualifications:
      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement or a related function.
      • Strong project management skills
      • Experience participating in or leading cross-functional projects
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

      Desired:

      • Passion for innovative creating a positive work environment, and ability to work well across different functions in order to incorporate HR programs and initiatives
      • Experience working in a global environment.
      • Knowledge of developing and implementing employee programs.
