      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during exit, new hire, and stay interviews

      - Collaborate with the Talent Management Consulting team to enhance employee retention strategies
      - Maintain regular availability during the week to ensure consistency in interviewing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
      - Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
      - Excellent written English skills
      - Clear and comfortable verbal communication abilities
      - Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with people

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
      - Customer-service orientation
      - Strong organizational skills
      - Motivational and collaborative mindset
