      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during various stages of their employment, including exit, new hire, and stay interviews
      - Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations, and interests
      - Analyze and report on employee observations and organizational trends
      - Collaborate with the Talent Management Consulting team to enhance employee retention strategies
      - Maintain regular availability during the week while being flexible with hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
      - Typing rate of 50 words per minute or more
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with people
      - Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bi-lingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a significant plus
      - Previous experience in customer service or human resources roles
