      Here’s Where You Come In

      As the Employee Navigator Associate you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Navigator platform for our organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for HR teams and their employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor the system’s capabilities to meet organizational needs, improve HR operations, and enhance the employee experience. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation and utilization of Employee Navigator's tools and resources.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Platform Customization & Configuration:
        • Build, configure, and customize Employee Navigator’s features and functionalities to meet the unique needs of the organizations we service.
        • Ensure the system is aligned with HR processes, company policies, and compliance requirements.
        • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the system runs smoothly.
      • System Implementation:
        • Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from planning to execution, for Employee Navigator software.
        • Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure successful data migration, integration, and deployment of new features or system upgrades.
      • Employee & Admin Support:
        • Provide ongoing training and support to employees and HR administrators on the system's features and best practices.
        • Act as the primary point of contact for any platform-related inquiries or issues from both internal employees and HR.
      • Data Management & Reporting:
        • Develop and maintain key metrics and KPIs.
        • Regularly audit and update employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness within the platform.
      • Collaboration & Strategy:
        • Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure Employee Navigator supports organizational goals, including talent management, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
        • Stay up-to-date with the latest Employee Navigator updates and HR technology trends to propose improvements and innovations.
      • Process Improvement:
        • Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve HR processes and employee experience.
        • Continuously evaluate the platform’s performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with other HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
      • Familiarity with benefits administration, compliance regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA), and payroll processes.
      • Knowledge of SQL, XML, 834 EDI or other data query languages.
      • Experience with training and supporting end-users on HR technology platforms.
      • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of Employee Navigator or similar HR software platforms.
      • Life and Health license/can be obtained through training upon hire.
      • HR, Benefits, Compliance related experience is preferred, but not required.
      • Intermediate experience with all MS office products
      • Ability to listen and seek to understand our client needs
      • Sense of curiosity and desire to learn
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to drive processes in a team environment
      • Must be able to execute on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment with high degree of accuracy
