      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage case intake, assignment, and documentation for Employee Relations matters
      - Coach and advise employees and managers on Employee Relations policies and guidelines
      - Track and resolve employee and manager questions and issues
      - Use tools like Workday and Service Now to research case participants and document information
      - Prepare data-related reports for management to highlight trends and inconsistencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Some HR or Employee Relations experience
      - Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday, Service Now, or other web-based case management systems
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
