What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line support in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations issues
- Research, analyze, and present data related to employee relations assignments
- Manage a high volume of high-priority employee relations cases
- Track and monitor personnel activities for timely status updates and results
- Provide counsel and assistance to staff and management on employee relations issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Intermediate Human Resources Analyst
- Knowledge of current principles and practices in HR program administration
- Experience with administrative investigative techniques and report writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
- Experience developing and implementing improvement initiatives for HR programs
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
