      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, including interpersonal conflict, complaints, and ethics reports
      - Provide advice and guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues such as policy violations and performance management
      - Prepare independent investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
      - Maintain electronic organization practices for the retention and retrieval of investigation materials
      - Conduct exit interviews with team members leaving the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
      - Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws, including Title VI, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, etc.
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis and interpretation
      - Ability to work with and positively influence peers and management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
