What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and establish partnerships with employers willing to hire program graduates, particularly in technology pathways
- Match qualified graduates with job openings by understanding employer needs and aligning them with graduate skills
- Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to both graduates and employers throughout the hiring process
- Advocate for second-chance employment by educating employers on the benefits of hiring individuals with justice involvement
- Maintain accurate records of employer outreach, job placements, and analyze hiring trends for reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, employer engagement, or business development, preferably within workforce development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by justice-impacted individuals in the workforce is a plus
