What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for employers regarding public benefit insurance assistance programs
- Analyze program metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and enhance program knowledge
- Collaborate with employers to identify pain points and propose process improvements
- Develop support materials, including marketing flyers and training resources for employers and employees
- Provide training and seminars about the program to various stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial health insurance or Medicaid
- Minimum 2 years of experience presenting to small and mid-sized groups
- At least 1 year of project management or leadership experience
- Must be able to travel up to 30% within the state of Massachusetts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating process flow diagrams
- Minimum of 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office
