What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and facilitate internships, micro-internships, and job shadowing experiences for credit and non-credit students
- Collaborate with faculty, department chairs, and advisory boards to share relevant job and internship information
- Strengthen and build relationships with employer partners to enhance work-based learning opportunities
- Utilize technology to track work-based learning experiences and assess student outcomes
- Connect students to employers through job boards and campus events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of initiative with a focus on student success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel within the service region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience developing relationships with for-profit and non-profit organizations preferred
- Knowledge of work-based learning practices and current employment trends preferred
