      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop individual job development plans in partnership with persons served, case managers, and local employers
      - Educate employers about disabilities and assist in modifying barriers to employment
      - Provide ongoing support and training for individuals placed with employers
      - Maintain documentation of employment plans, progress reports, and behavioral tracking
      - Assist with personal care and coordinate transportation needs for individuals served

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or Associate's in a related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
      - Previous experience working with disabilities preferred
      - Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and proof of insurance
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and use databases
      - Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with community partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation
      - Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
      - Proven ability to resolve conflicts and proactively solve problems
      - Experience in providing personal care support
      - Flexibility and openness to continuous improvement
