What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop individual job plans in collaboration with persons served, case managers, local employers, and other stakeholders
- Educate employers and community members about disability-related issues and promote inclusive work environments
- Provide ongoing support and training for individuals placed in jobs, ensuring their integration and success
- Maintain accurate documentation of employment plans, progress reports, and employer interactions
- Assist with personal care and transportation needs of persons served as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with individuals and community partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation is a plus
- Ability to travel throughout the community, including areas not served by public transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within community services or supported employment settings
- Knowledge of ADA, Affirmative Action, and related employment laws
- Skills in job analysis and creating job adaptations for individuals with disabilities
