What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor EMR applications and related systems, documenting and analyzing issues
- Support EMR system performance by addressing end-user inquiries through the helpdesk
- Create and oversee automated Microsoft workflows for end-user processes
- Assist in implementing configuration changes within the EMR and document these elements
- Test operational functions in EMR test systems when updates or new features are introduced

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of care management experience
- Experience supporting an electronic medical record system is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of analytical tools
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of adequate insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience in process automation and technology efficiency
- Understanding of workflow and process requirements of complex application systems
- Knowledge of EMR coding and crosswalk systems, as well as security policies and procedures
