      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve gross profit targets and sales goals within the assigned territory
      - Present and promote products to existing and prospective customers
      - Train and onboard new customers on product categories and programs
      - Identify emerging markets and assess customer needs through analysis
      - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and provide feedback to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sales
      - Proven track record of selling capital and consumable products
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in technology tools, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
      - Strong business acumen and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
      - One or more industry certifications
      - Experience in the dental or healthcare sales industry
      - Familiarity with capital sales processes and customer engagement strategies
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
